With more people using meeting & messaging apps, we have found a great product from Yealink that connects to your office phone as well as your PC. This makes jumping on a Teams call so easy, then take your next incoming call on your desk phone, without taking your headset off.
There are two buttons on the base of the headset that allow you to switch modes. You will need an extra device to make this work though, an EHS60 will connect not just Yealink phones but also other models such as Cisco & Avaya.
