Understanding Mobile Coverage
Coverage shown on the map is predictive only. Actual mobile coverage and performance can vary depending on your device, location, terrain, buildings, vegetation, weather, network congestion and local conditions.
4G, 5G, VoLTE & Wi-Fi Calling
4G LTE
4G services are supported on compatible devices and plans.
5G
5G is available on compatible plans and devices within selected 5G coverage areas.
VoLTE
Voice over LTE is supported on compatible devices and is required for voice calls in 4G/5G-only areas.
Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi Calling is available on compatible devices where supported.
Emergency Calls
Emergency calls can be made by dialling 000 or 112 anywhere compatible network coverage is available. In 4G and 5G-only areas, emergency calls require a VoLTE-compatible device.
When roaming internationally, users should dial 112, which may connect to the local emergency service depending on the country and device support.
