It was great to catch up with Emma Armstrong, from the nbn Local team today.

Emma is based in Ballarat and her role is to help local nbn customers in South West Vic get connected to the nbn network and resolve issues quickly. 

Today we chatted about some of our issues with nbn connection appointments and general customer issues.
