Filter by availability, departments, and sites

Use the All filter to narrow by Favorites, My Contacts, Coworkers, Departments, Sites or presence (Available, Busy, Offline).

How it works

  1. Search: In Contacts, type a name/extension (e.g., “405”) to open a thread.
  2. Filter: Use the dropdown to view Favorites, Departments, Sites or by presence.
  3. Message: Type and send. Your history appears under Recents.
  4. Add people: Use New Conversation → select multiple teammates → Done.
  5. Call from chat: Tap the dialpad icon to place a call with the same contact/group.
