Filter by availability, departments, and sites
Use the All filter to narrow by Favorites, My Contacts, Coworkers, Departments, Sites or presence (Available, Busy, Offline).
Dialpad from within chat
Jump straight to a call via the integrated dialpad — no context switching.
Add people to chat
Click New Conversation and add teammates by name or extension to start a group thread.
How it works
- Search: In Contacts, type a name/extension (e.g., “405”) to open a thread.
- Filter: Use the dropdown to view Favorites, Departments, Sites or by presence.
- Message: Type and send. Your history appears under Recents.
- Add people: Use New Conversation → select multiple teammates → Done.
- Call from chat: Tap the dialpad icon to place a call with the same contact/group.
