Our Core Business
W.T.C.'s core business is in the sales, installation, training and service of business telephone systems, both large or small, cabled or wireless. The same goal that was set by Eric and Jan in 1988, but due to business and technology trends, the diversification into other areas has been a very natural flow, Since the business began, keeping abreast of change, attending seminars, studying literature and completing certificate courses has been a requirement, to enable the business to give our customers what they really need, by listening to their requirements and having the knowledge to offer equipment and services which are the most suitable.

W.T.C. signed with NEC Australia in November 1988, and were the first Regional Channel Partner in
Australia. This paved the way to sell NEC Faxes, Mobile Telephones, Pagers, Key Telephone
Systems, and PABX Telephone Systems and many other associated products. It also opened up
a large Customer Base for NECARE SERVICE, which offered PABX Maintenance, from a supplier
other than Telstra.
In 1995 W.T.C. already being a Panasonic channel partner for Faxes Copiers, Cordless Products and all Line Communication Products, were early suppliers of the full range of Panasonic PABX and Key Telephone Systems.
W.T.C.'s Technical Staff has changed throughout the years, starting
with only Eric, increasing to today's high number of technical staff. W.T.C. has always
had a strong commitment to staff training, regular technical training sessions taking place
to ensure our staff have the knowledge to serve our clients quickly and efficiently.
W.T.C. service the South Western Victoria region and beyond when required on a wide
range of multi-tasking roles, from TDM or VoIP PABX servicing, Network Servicing, Optical Fibre and Copper cabling testing to a Bank ATM machine problem. Our technical staff are seen on a daily basis throughout the region in their fleet of current model dark red well sign written service vehicles.
Sales and Administration staff deal with the product sales, connections, and administration of the business. Technical staff are often
involved preparing proposals and quotations or responding to project tenders.
Since 1988 W.T.C. have supplied
and installed many telephone Systems in this region. Ranging from 2 exchange lines and
4 extensions to 60 exchange lines and 1,000 extensions. But are now heavily focused on providing VoIP technology to our many valued clients so they can actually experience the savings in their monthly running costs.
W.T.C. have since 1988 provided their system customers a 24 hour,
7 days a week service. Since 1992 this has been offered by way of Automated Attendant to
Mobile Phone options with response always being efficient and effective. A large spare parts
stock infrastructure is in place, and dedicated Service Technicians are always willing to
assist.

- Site Audits.
- Category 5e, 6, 6A and OTDR optical fibre testing using fluke DTX 1800 MSO.
- Technical Services- installation of Routers, Switches, PC's or UPS', able to provide arms and legs,
for any technical work required, including swap outs of comms. equipment on exchange basis.
